There is not much to say here, as you can see this template is plain HTML with no dynamic parts (placeholder tags).

The naming convention for the template is the name of the page with a .html extension and hence the name Home.html.

Tapestry is not specific to web applications, it is also well suited for other kinds of applications like wireless applications for example. The naming convention for these other kinds of applications will contain different extensions and so Tapestry allows the extension to be configurable. The default extension is .html.
